Vastus Ltd. is a building company, not an estate agency. We do not sell other people's properties, we build. That means planning, shell construction, interior work, handover. And the paperwork with the authorities that comes up while we build.
How to judge us
No hidden costs. What the contract says is what applies, and the budget is not adjusted later during construction. If something changes, we say so beforehand and name the price before any work is done.
We do not take the cheapest route on materials. Insulation, fire protection, floors, walls: we work with high quality material, and we tell you which one we use and why.
Dates are commitments
A building date is not a rough guide. We tell you at the start which stage is finished when, and we get in touch when something comes up instead of sitting it out.
