It starts with a conversation about the plot, the size you want and your time frame. Planning follows from that. Then we build, and at every stage you can see where your money goes.
We build the whole house, but not only that. If you already have an architect, or if you only need the interior work, we take on the part you need and coordinate with your people.
In Cyprus the climate decides with you. Orientation, shading, insulation and windows determine how warm the house gets in August and what cooling costs over a year. We plan for that from the start instead of retrofitting it later.
